About ECHO Dysphagia
ECHO Dysphagia is capacity building bridge (from theory to practice) course. It is based upon the idea of empowering each other professionally without letting the geographical area be a barrier to spread knowledge. Different SLPs across the country will connect virtually "to move the knowledge about how to move the bolus". In this field, there is something new to learn with each patient we see. Many a time it is not uncommon, although unannounced, to have no clue as to how to go forward. ECHO has collaborated with young professionals to bring about change towards Uniform Care in Dysphagia across the country by building capacity.
