The google form response first is expected to avoide wrong registration. However, you may scan the QR code to pay directly and then fill in the google form. Please read the below terms before you make the payment. 


1. The courses LSVT BIG & LOUD is only for SLPs and OT/PT respectively. 

2. Once registered, refund can not be done as it is an international course. 

3. Enrollment into the course will be done in the first week of July, 2026.
4. If there any change in the timeline, it will be informed to the registered participants.
